• - Once an order has been dispatched, no refunds are issued only if there is a problem with the order.

5. Cancellations

• - You may cancel your order only on the same day it was placed, before the order is processed.
• - After processing begins or once dispatched, cancellations are not accepted.

6. Refunds and Returns

• - Due to the nature of our products (perishable food items), no returns or refunds are accepted once the order has been dispatched only if there is a problem with the order.
• - If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt.
